Refund & Cancellation
Our policy regarding cancellations and refund processing for Exam Garh premium services.

At Exam Garh, we offer digital services, specifically the Super Pass annual subscription, which provides instant premium access to all Rajasthan government mock exams, practice questions, and advanced test creator tools.
Because our product is digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we general maintain a no-refund policy for active accounts that have consumed the service. We strongly advise users to try our free tests and review features prior to making a payment.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Transaction: If you were charged twice for the same subscription plan due to a technical error. One of the transactions will be refunded fully.
- Technical failure: If the subscription amount was deducted from your account, but the Super Pass features were not activated within 24 hours (and our backend is unable to manually activate it).
- Accidental purchase / Unused service: If you raise a refund claim within 48 hours of purchase AND have not attempted any premium mock tests or practiced any premium questions.
Once a valid refund request is received and verified by our support team, we will initiate the refund.
Please note that the exact date of credit to your account depends on your issuing card/bank's internal processing times.
