At Exam Garh, we offer educational content, practice question banks, mock tests, and exam preparation tools. All our services are strictly digital products delivered electronically.
No Physical Delivery: We do not ship physical books, print outs, test booklets, SD cards, or any hardware materials to your physical address. Therefore, physical shipping address details, shipping charges, tracking numbers, or courier services are not applicable.
Upon a successful payment transaction for the Super Pass:
- Immediate Upgrades: Your premium features will be unlocked and activated on your account instantly. You can immediately access premium mock tests and create custom exams.
- Email Confirmation: A payment receipt and subscription confirmation will be sent to your registered email address automatically from Razorpay and Exam Garh within minutes of purchase.
- Account Status: You can verify your active pass and expiration date anytime on the Super Pass page or your account dashboard.
Rarely, due to network failures or bank server delays, the transaction might show successful, but activation is delayed. If your features are not activated within 2 hours of completing a transaction, please contact us.
Email us at admin@theexamgarh.com with your payment reference details, and we will manually resolve and activate your subscription within 12–24 business hours.
