Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, or Ethiopia with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), or (d) must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following degrees recognized under the Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969 (Act 1 of 1970) and registered with the respective board in Rajasthan by the last date of application:

Note:
- Degrees must be from a university established by law in India.
- Registration must be completed by the last date of application.
- Candidates must acquire the required qualification before the last date of application.
Other Eligibility Conditions
- Health: Candidates must be mentally and physically fit, free from any defect that may hinder the efficient discharge of duties.
- Character: Candidates must possess a good character certificate from the head of the institution where they last studied or from two responsible persons (non-relatives).
- Marriage Registration: Mandatory for all candidates (per Government of Rajasthan circular dated 22.05.2006).
- Domicile: Candidates claiming reservation benefits must be permanent residents of Rajasthan and possess valid domicile certificates.
- Disqualifications:
- Candidates with more than one living spouse (for males) or married to a person with a living spouse (for females) are ineligible unless exempted by the government.
- Candidates who have accepted dowry at the time of marriage are ineligible.
- Candidates with more than two children as of 01.06.2002 are ineligible (exceptions apply).
- Candidates debarred by RSMSSB or found guilty of misconduct in any examination are ineligible.

- Candidates must register on the SSO Portal (http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in).
- Pay the OTR fee based on category:
- General/OBC (Creamy Layer): ₹600
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/MBC/EWS/SC/ST: ₹400
- All PwD Candidates: ₹400
- Note: Candidates who have already paid the OTR fee for another exam in the same financial year need not pay again.

- Click Apply Now and fill in the required details.
- Upload live photograph and signature as per guidelines:
- Photograph: JPEG format, 50-100 KB, white/light background, no glasses/caps.
- Signature: JPEG format, 20-50 KB, black/blue pen on white paper.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, category, and preferences.
- Verify all details before final submission.
