Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, or Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Note: Candidates falling under categories 2, 3, 4, or 5 must provide a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

One Time Registration (OTR):
- Visit the official RSMSSB portal: http://rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in or http://rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Click on the "Apply Online" link under the "Recruitment Advertisement" section.
- If you do not have an OTR, create one by providing basic details such as name, date of birth, category, and domicile.
- Pay the One Time Registration (OTR) fee as applicable:
- General/EWS/OBC (Creamy Layer): ₹600
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/SC/ST (Rajasthan Domicile): ₹400
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹400
- Complete the E-KYC process by uploading a live photograph and handwritten sample as per the guidelines.
