Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

Candidates must be:

• A citizen of India, or
• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
• A Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement.

Note: Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), or (d) must possess a eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

2. Age Limit (as on 1st January 2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Age Relaxation:

*Age should not exceed the retirement age (60 years).

3. Educational Qualifications

For Surveyor Post:

• Diploma in Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institute in India.
• Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture.

For Mine Foreman (Category-II) Post:

• Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institute in India, or

• Character: Candidates must possess a good character certificate from their last educational institution or two responsible persons (non-relatives).
