Overview
The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) conducts the Junior Engineer (Agriculture) direct recruitment exam for the Agriculture Department under the Watershed Development and Soil Conservation Department. How to Apply for RSMSSB Junior Engineer (Agriculture) Exam
Step-by-Step Application Process:

One-Time Registration (OTR):
- Visit the RSMSSB official portal: http://rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in or the SSO portal: http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Click on the Recruitment Advertisement and select the Apply Online link.
- If you haven’t completed the One-Time Registration (OTR), fill in your category (Unreserved/EWS/OBC-NC/MBC-NC/SC/ST/SAH), disability status, and domicile details.
- Pay the OTR registration fee as applicable to your category.

Fill the Online Application Form:
- Log in using your SSO ID and select the Recruitment Portal under Citizen Apps (G2C).
- Click on Apply Now and fill in all required details, including personal information, educational qualifications, and visible identification marks.
- Upload a recent passport-sized photograph (not older than 1 month) and your signature as per the specified guidelines.

Verification Process:
- Aadhaar-Based Verification: If you used Aadhaar for OTR, no further verification is required. Otherwise, verify your details using one of the following methods:
- Original Certificate Option: Enter the certificate number and fetch details from domicile/bonafide certificates.
- DigiLocker Option: Verify using your 10th-grade marksheet details.
- Biometric Verification: If unable to verify online, you must undergo biometric verification at the exam center 1.5 hours before the exam.
- Aadhaar-Based Verification: If you used Aadhaar for OTR, no further verification is required. Otherwise, verify your details using one of the following methods:

Payment of Application Fees:
- Pay the application fee through net banking, ATM cum debit card, or credit card via the designated e-Mitra kiosks or CSC centers.
- Fee Structure:
- General Category & Creamy Layer OBC/MBC: ₹600
- Non-Creamy Layer OBC/MBC, EWS, SC, ST, and PwD Candidates (Rajasthan Domicile): ₹400
- Note: Candidates from other states applying under reserved categories will be treated as General Category and must pay ₹600.

- Review all entered details carefully before final submission.
- After submission, an application ID will be generated. Save and print the application form for future reference.

Correction Window:
- Candidates can make corrections in their application form within 7 days after the last date of submission by paying a correction fee of ₹300.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a university established by law in India.
- Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture.
- Candidates appearing for the final year of their degree can apply but must provide proof of qualification before the exam date.

- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
