Rajasthan Patwari Result 2025: Merit List PDF, Scorecard Link & Document Verification Process

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB / RSMSSB) formally announces the Rajasthan Patwari Result in two distinct stages on its official portal: the 2x Provisional Candidate List for Document Verification and the Final Recommendation & Merit Order.

For the Patwari Recruitment 2025 (Advt. No. 02/2025), the written exam was conducted on 17 August 2025. RSSB published the 2x provisional result on 03 December 2025, followed by the official Final Selection List (अन्तिम परिणाम - सूची-01) and category-wise cut-off order on 31 December 2025.

Step-by-Step Guide to Check Rajasthan Patwari Result

Method 1: Download Result PDF from RSSB Official Website

1. Navigate to the official website: rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Click on the Results tab located on the primary navigation menu.
3. Locate the link titled "Patwar 2025 : Final Recommendation and Cut Off Marks Order" or "Patwar 2025 : Selected Candidates for Document Verification".
4. Click on the PDF download icon to save the result document.
5. Open the downloaded PDF file and press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac).
6. Type your Roll Number into the search bar. If your roll number is highlighted, you have successfully qualified.

Method 2: Check Individual Marks & Scorecard on SSO Portal

To check your section-wise raw score, normalized score, and percentile rank:

1. Log in to sso.rajasthan.gov.in using your SSO ID and password.
2. Open the Recruitment Portal under Citizen Apps (G2C).
3. Click on the My Results tab on the top navigation bar.
4. Locate Direct Recruitment of Patwar 2025 and click on View Result.
5. Your complete scorecard with raw marks, negative marks, normalized final score, and qualifying status will be displayed.

Document Verification (DV) & Scrutiny Procedure

Candidates shortlisted in the provisional result (approximately twice the number of vacancies) must appear before the scrutiny committee constituted by the Board of Revenue for Rajasthan (राजस्व मण्डल, अजमेर).

Online Detailed Application Form (Scrutiny Form - विस्तृत आवेदन पत्र)

Prior to attending the physical verification:

• Candidates must log in to their SSO portal and open the Recruitment Portal.
• Click on Detailed Form cum Scrutiny (विस्तृत आवेदन सह स्क्रूटनी फॉर्म).
• Fill in all personal, academic, address, and category details accurately.
• Pay the prescribed scrutiny fee online (₹100 for General/OBC; ₹50 for SC/ST/PwD).
• Print two complete hard copies of the generated Detailed Scrutiny Form.

Checklist of Mandatory Original Documents for Verification

Candidates must present original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies arranged in the following order:

1. Two printed copies of the online Scrutiny Form (विस्तृत आवेदन पत्र) with postal order/e-challan receipt.
2. Secondary School (10th) Certificate & Marksheet: As proof of Date of Birth and candidate's name.
3. Senior Secondary (12th) Certificate & Marksheet.
4. Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) Marksheets & Degree Certificate: All year/semester marksheets and degree certificate.
5. Computer Qualification Certificate: Original certificate of RS-CIT, NIELIT 'O' Level, COPA, or Computer Science degree/diploma.
6. Digital Bonafide Resident Certificate (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र): Issued by a competent revenue officer of Rajasthan.
7. Category / Caste Certificate:
   • SC / ST Candidates: Valid digital caste certificate.
   • OBC / MBC Candidates: Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate issued within the prescribed validity period (accompanied by the standard affidavit if required).
   • EWS Candidates: Valid Income and Asset Certificate for the respective financial year.
8. Special Domicile Certificate (for TSP Area candidates only).
9. Character Certificates:
   • One issued by the head of the educational institution last attended.
   • Two separate character certificates from Gazetted Officers (issued within the last 6 months).
10. Affidavit Regarding Marriage & Children:
    • Declaration regarding having not more than two children born on or after 01 June 2002.
    • Declaration regarding not accepting dowry in marriage.
11. Special Category Certificates (where applicable):
    • Discharge Book and PPO for Ex-Servicemen.
    • Disability Certificate (Form IV/V) issued by a Medical Board for PwD candidates.
    • Sports Certificate recognized by the Rajasthan Sports Council for Outstanding Sportspersons.
    • Death certificate of husband in case of widows; court decree of divorce for divorced women.

Waiting List (Reserve List) Policy

• RSSB maintains a Reserve List / Waiting List comprising candidates ranked immediately below the final cut-off.
• In accordance with state department rules, if any selected candidate fails to join within the stipulated timeline, resigns, or is disqualified during medical/police verification, appointment orders are offered to candidates from the waiting list in order of merit.
