Educational Qualifications

1. Graduation from a recognized university or equivalent qualification as declared by the government.

2. Computer Knowledge (Any one of the following):

   • "O" Level or higher certificate from DOEACC (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses).
   • Certificate in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) or Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) from the National/State Council of Vocational Training.
   • Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized institution.
   • Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institution.
   • Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology (RS-CIT) from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota.

3. Language Proficiency:

   • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script.
   • Knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture.

Nationality

Candidates must be:

1. Citizens of India, or
2. Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or
3. Tibetan refugees who came to India before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
4. Persons of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India.

Note: Candidates falling under categories 2, 3, and 4 must possess an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
