RSMSSB CET Senior Secondary Level Eligibility 2026
The eligibility criteria for the Common Eligibility Test (Senior Secondary Level) 2026 are set by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB).
Candidates must satisfy the educational qualifications and age limits as of the reference date to apply.
Educational Qualification
The basic requirement for appearing in the CET Senior Secondary Level is:
- Senior Secondary (12th Class Pass) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
- Candidates who are currently in the final year of their Senior Secondary education are also eligible to apply. However, they must acquire the final pass certificate before the main recruitment exam of the respective post is conducted.
Age Limit (as of January 1, 2027)
Candidates must meet the following age requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Note: The age limit is calculated with reference to January 1, 2027.
Category-wise Age Relaxation
The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories of Rajasthan domicile as follows:

Domicile Status
- Candidates from all states of India are eligible to apply.
- However, the benefit of reservations (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS/PWD) and age relaxations is only applicable to permanent residents (domicile holders) of Rajasthan.
- Out-of-state candidates will be treated as General category candidates, and they must pay the general application fee.
